WordPress 4.2 “Powell” has been released, bringing some new features, improvements, and bug fixes to the core software. A brand new Press This bookmarklet, Emoji support, better plugin updates and more.
We will be running an upgrade to WordPress 4.2 on all Pressjitsu accounts within the next 48 hours. If you do not wish to wait, you can update manually from the Dashboard → Updates section in your WordPress admin, or by running wp core update using WP-CLI. We encourage you to take a full site backup before upgrading.
If you experience an issues during or after the 4.2 update, please get in touch with Pressjitsu support via your hosting control panel, and we’ll be happy to sort things out.
